Our Governing Board
The organizational structure of GIB takes cognizance of principles whose main aim will be to facilitate efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery by having a clear span of control and the need for unity of command to enhance speedy decision-making while retaining accountability at every stage. The Company has designed a structure that is flexible enough to enable it realize its objectives.

Galaxy International Bank will engage with its customers through customer
feedback, surveys and workshops, and complaint channels.
A Customer Advocate function will
strengthen the Bank’s accountability for fair customer outcomes and offers a more customer oriented approach by:
1. Removing barriers to banking that stand in the way of financial inclusion.
2. Finding and fixing issues that might have a negative impact on customers.
3. Providing a helping hand to customers through various initiatives and programs (including protecting against financial abuse, providing opportunities for mentoring and internships, and responding to the needs of minority communities).
4. Building better bankers by improving customer advocacy capability and decision making.
Establishing a functional banking unit with a focus on special interest groups including women, youth, and people with disability.
Communities
To deliver sustainable outcomes and financial wellbeing for our stakeholders, the Bank will always aim to understand the expectations of the communities in which it operates. The Bank will engage with members of the community and community organizations through a variety of channels. For example, the Bank will participate in community events and forums, become members of industry associations, and meet with the United Nations and Non-Governmental Organizations.
